Great first day of the season at the farm despite the uncooperative weather. Too bad that the sun came out just as we closed but I guess that's just the way the cookie crumbles 🙂 Supposed to be sunnier but still a bit cool tomorrow. Bundle up and wear boots or at least proper shoes.
We are now open every day from 10 am to 2 pm daily, weekends and holidays to.

A reminder that the kangaroo creek punch cards are only on sale until the end of the month. You can save over 50% on your admission. Here's how it works: The card costs $50 and has 11 punch squares. Each punched square represents one person, regardless of age (kids under 5 are not counted) coming into the farm. You can use up as many punches as you like in one visit. However, to save the maximum amount of money it makes more sense to only use your punch card for the adults in your group that would otherwise pay $10 in admission. If you do that, you will get a $110 value out of your $50 punch card! The punch cards have no expiry date and can be used all season long, even in high season. The cards are not issued to any particular person so you could lend your card to a friend or share the cost of the card. They make great gifts. So if you are still wracking your brain for a Valentine's day gift (better get on it buddy)....what says "love" more than a cuddle with a kangaroo? Cards can be purchased at the Olive Us store in Lake Country or Vernon. ... See MoreSee Less

Apparently all it takes is for the sun to come out before people's thoughts turn to a day out at the kangaroo farm. The phone has been ringing off the hook asking us when we are opening and various hopefuls have even been making the trip down our driveway to see if they can get a visit in. Unfortunately we are still up to our waists in snow and the animals still want to spend most of their time inside (who can blame them). We will be open for the 2017 season starting on March 18th. After that, we will be open EVERY day, including weekends and holidays, until the end of October. Our hours for March, April, May and June are 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. A full season schedule will be put up on the website soon. ... See MoreSee Less
